Welcome to the official website of the Judiciary of Seychelles. The Judiciary of the Seychelles comprises the Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court, Supreme Court, Magistrates’ Courts, and the Rent Board, Juvenile Court, Employment Tribunal and Family Tribunal.
The Judiciary shall be independent and be subject only to this Constitution and the other laws of Seychelles. (Constitution of the Republic of Seychelles, Article 119(2))
