Magistrate Ng’hwani holds a Bachelor of Laws (2006), Diploma of Law (2002) and Certificate of Laws (2000) from Mzumbe University, Tanzania.

Magistrate Ng’hwani has over 15 years of  legal experience as a magistrate with knowledge of substantive criminal and civil law procedures and Rules of evidence. She was appointed to Primary Court Magistrate in 2003, Resident Court Magistrate 11 in 2008 and later to Resident Magistrate 1 stationed at Dodoma Resident Magistrate Court in Tanzania. She served eight years in the Judiciary of Tanzania before joining the Judiciary of Seychelles.

From March 2011, she was appointed as Magistrate with the Judiciary of Seychelles, a position she still holds to date. In 2016 she was appointed a Chairman of the Juvenile Court. She still holds this position to date.

On 14th December 2018, she was admitted as an advocate of The High Court of Tanzania, a position which allows her to practise before the High Court and the Subordinate Courts of Tanzania.
