The Judiciary of Seychelles and the Agency for Social Protection (ASP) wish to inform the public that the payment and collection of child maintenance (Alimony) will be transferred to the Family Tribunal effective Monday 9 January 2023.
The Agency for Social Protection will stop these services on Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue from 30 December 2022 to allow this transition. The service will remain closed throughout the festive season and during the Public Holidays and will resume on Monday 9 January 2023 through the Family Tribunal.
Payments and collection will be made at the Magistrates Court building on Mahé, and the Pension Fund Complex at Praslin Court at these times:
8.30am – 2.30pm MONDAY to FRIDAY
On La Digue, cash payments and collection will be made at the District Administrations Office
WEDNESDAYS from 10am-3pm.
Those already making bank transfer payments can continue through the same account number 1412 with the Central Bank of Seychelles.
