Magistrates Court (Ile du Port, Mahe)
1) The F court will operate in the Tribunal Court (1st floor of Magistrates Court, Ile du Port);
2) The D court will operate in the Court room 5 (Ground floor of the Palais de Justice, Ile du Port);
3) The Family Tribunal will sit as follows:
i. Mondays and Wednesdays in court room 11 (ground floor Supreme court Annex Building)
ii. Fridays in Magistrates court C (2nd floor Magistrates Court, Ile du Port)
4) The Employment Tribunal will sit as follows:
i. Mondays in the Tribunal Court (1st floor of Magistrates Court, Ile du Port);
ii. Tuesdays in court room 5 (Palais de Justice, Ile du Port)
iii. Thursdays in Magistrates court E (2nd floor Magistrates Court, Ile du Port)
