RELOCATION OF THE VICTORIA MAGISTRATES’ COURT TO THE PALAIS DE JUSTICE

Please take note that effective 1 June 2020, and in terms of the Courts (Magistrate’ Courts) Notice 2020, the Victoria Magistrates’ Court will be based in the Supreme Court Building and Annex, Palais de Justice, Ile De Port until further notice.

If you are due to appear before the Victoria Magistrates’ Court please do not go to Unity House, Victoria.

Please also note that the Family Tribunal will sit in the Court of Appeal courtroom, and the Rent Board will sit in the Supreme Court Annex.

Please consult the schedule below to find out where in the Palais de Justice your matter will be heard.

 Please also note that due to COVID-19 the Judiciary of Seychelles has implemented a number Ministry of Health requirements and procedures to ensure the health and wellbeing of Judiciary staff and court users in all Judiciary facilities. Please visit the Judiciary website to find out more.
